Guided exercises. Engaging games. Better rehab.

Our exercise and game-based approach helps patients build strength, improve movement, and stay committed to their rehabilitation before and after knee surgery.

Quads

Static Quads

Static quads are a gentle strengthening exercise that helps activate the thigh muscles and support knee stability. Commonly used in early rehabilitation, this exercise encourages controlled muscle engagement without placing excessive stress on the knee joint. By tightening the quadriceps while keeping the leg straight, patients can begin rebuilding strength, improving control, and supporting their recovery in a safe and manageable way.

Quads

Inner Range Quads

Inner range quads are a controlled strengthening exercise designed to activate the quadriceps muscles at the front of the thigh. Often used during knee rehabilitation, this exercise helps improve muscle control, support knee stability, and rebuild strength through a safe, manageable range of movement. By focusing on the final part of knee extension, it can also help improve confidence when straightening the leg during everyday activities.

Raises

Straight Leg Raise

The straight leg raise is a controlled strengthening exercise designed to activate the muscles at the front of the thigh while also supporting hip and knee stability. Often used as part of a rehabilitation programme, it helps build strength, improve control, and restore confidence in movement without placing excessive strain through the knee joint.

Knee

Knee Flexion Lying

Knee flexion lying is a gentle mobility exercise designed to improve movement and flexibility around the knee joint. Often used during rehabilitation, it involves bending the knee while lying down to help reduce stiffness, encourage controlled movement, and support recovery. This exercise can also help improve confidence when bending the knee during everyday activities such as walking, sitting, and climbing stairs.

Knee

Knee Flexion Sitting

Knee flexion sitting is a gentle mobility exercise used to improve knee movement and reduce stiffness. Performed while seated, it encourages controlled bending of the knee and helps support flexibility during rehabilitation. This exercise can also help build confidence with everyday movements such as sitting, standing, and using stairs.

Knee

Passive Hyperextension

Passive hyperextension is a gentle mobility exercise used to encourage full knee straightening and improve joint flexibility. It helps reduce stiffness, support range of motion, and restore confidence when fully extending the leg. This exercise should be performed carefully and without forcing the knee beyond a comfortable position.
